By accessing or using Elaamart.com ("the Platform"), creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Elaamart. If you are under 18, you confirm you have permission from a parent or guardian to make purchases. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• You agree to provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, chargebacks, or abuse.

You are solely responsible for entering the correct Player ID / UID. We deliver top-ups to the ID you provide. Orders placed with an incorrect ID cannot be reversed once delivered. Delivery is typically instant but may occasionally be delayed due to publisher-side processing.

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and may change without notice. We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, cards, and Elaamart wallet balance. You agree to pay all charges incurred. Promotional prices are subject to availability.

Funds added to your wallet may be used for purchases on the Platform. Wallet balance is non-transferable and non-withdrawable. Refer to our Return Policy for refund details.

• Using stolen payment methods or committing fraud.
• Reselling top-ups in violation of publisher terms.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or exploit the Platform.
• Providing false information or impersonating others.

All game names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Elaamart is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher unless explicitly stated.

Elaamart is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect damages, account bans imposed by publishers, or losses arising from incorrect information you provide. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of the affected transaction.
