Return & Refund Policy

Digital goods are delivered instantly. Here's exactly when refunds apply and how to request one.

Nature of Digital Products

Elaamart sells digital game currency and top-ups (diamonds, UC, passes, vouchers, etc.). Because these are delivered directly to your game account and consumed immediately, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged once successfully delivered.

When You ARE Eligible for a Refund

We will refund your payment in full if:
  • Your payment was deducted but the top-up was not delivered to your account.
  • You were charged twice for the same order.
  • A technical error on our side caused the order to fail.
  • The product is unavailable and we cannot fulfil it.

When Refunds Are NOT Possible

  • You entered an incorrect Player ID / UID and the currency was delivered to the wrong account.
  • The top-up was successfully delivered and credited to your game.
  • You changed your mind after a successful delivery.
  • Account bans or restrictions imposed by the game publisher.
Always double-check your Player ID on the verification screen before paying. We confirm your in-game name so you can be sure it's the right account.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email admin@elaamart.com within 48 hours of your order.
  2. Include your Order ID, registered email, and a description of the issue.
  3. Attach a payment screenshot if available.

Our team reviews refund requests within 24–72 hours. Approved refunds are returned to your Elaamart wallet or original payment method.

Wallet Balance

Funds added to your Elaamart wallet are non-withdrawable but can be used for any purchase on the platform. Unused wallet balance does not expire.
